As an independent artist selling my artwork online, I want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. While I strive to provide high-quality artwork, I understand that issues may arise. Please review the return policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns:

1.1 Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged.

1.2 Artwork that arrives in perfect condition cannot be returned unless otherwise stated.

Reporting Damaged Artwork:

2.1 If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, within 72 hours of delivery.

2.2 Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage to assist in addressing the issue promptly.

Return Process:

3.1 Upon verifying the damage, I will guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions if your request meets the return policy criteria.

3.2 You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., incorrect artwork shipped). You will be refunded all shipping costs once the item arrives and shipping receipt has been shown to me.

Return Conditions:

4.1 Artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, certificates of authenticity, and any promotional materials.

4.2 Please note that any signs of damage caused by the customer or failure to comply with the return conditions may result in the denial of the return.

Refund or Replacement:

5.1 Once the returned artwork is received and the damage is verified, I will provide you with the option of a refund or a replacement artwork, subject to availability.

5.2 If you choose a refund, I will issue it using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5.3 If you opt for a replacement artwork, we will work together to find a suitable replacement of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

6.1 Artwork that arrives in perfect condition.

6.2 Personalised or commissioned artworks that are specifically created for you.
